Collaboration

Over the years, I have volunteered for or been appointed to a number of workgroups and committees. Some examples of these are:

Corporate Compliance Committee - This varied workgroup designs and completes proactive compliance reviews, analyzes data to identify trends and uses that information to educate organization staff; the group also responds to and tracks external audit data

Sanctuary Model Steering Committee - This core group of individuals sought to provide training and support to the larger Sanctuary Committee, and organization staff in general, in learning this trauma-informed organizational change model.

Rapid Cycle Change Team - This multi-phase and cross-departmental workgroup designed and implemented a new Open Access model, which improved access to care for children and families served by the organization.

CREATE Program Start Up Team - Following the creation of this proprietary program by our Chief Clinical Officer, this large group team examined the many areas within the the organization that would be impacted by the change and created action plans for a smooth transition; I also was selected as a "champion" of the Contract Management sub-group.
