EHR Implementation
Finance Project Manager
Partnering with the Director of Business Operations, I co-lead a full EHR conversion with an 8-month turnaround, including directing project communications, creating custom instructional guides and completing the buildout for financial setup with a 100% on-time deliverable rate.
Division Leaders Workgroup
Chair
During my 2-year tenure as chair of the Division Leaders Workgroup, I lead a cross-departmental team through a workgroup re-design as well as several time-limited projects and acted as a liaison with our C-suite. I worked with both groups to plan and lead large management meetings for approximately 50 supervisors.
VBP Implementation
Project Lead
After an MCO changed the reimbursement model from fee-for-service payment to a Value Based Payment model, I designed and implemented a reporting structure to monitor service delivery and payment. I worked with the program to use the tools developed and the organization was able to collect approximately 10% more revenue as a result.
